Ordering Process

Our Objective is to make it simple


We try to make it simple but please email or call if you have any questions. We want to get it right first time everytime!


Ordering is simple  
  1. You select your awards, trophies and medals from our comprehensive on line catalogue
  2. You submit your order on line. Please send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions or want help and/or have suggestions
  3. We confirm stock availability to you and discuss options if required (occasionally products are not available from our suppliers)

We normally provide credit terms (provided at our discretion) 

You email through to us :

  1. Logo if required
  2. Names and special wording (preferably by line in a spreadsheet (see below)
  3. Business Hour delivery address. Allow 5 days for production plus time for the Courier from the time Artwork is provided. Changes need to be approved promptly

We lock in your stock

We produce and email the artwork for your approval (Please approve promptly)

We produce your awards and trophies

We ship your product and email the consignment tracking number to you. (Normally 1 to 3 days depending on location)


You take delivery of your beautiful Awards and Trophies at your door
